 Removes non-ASCII characters from a file and fixes line ends to meet the standard PC format (as opposed to UNIX or Macintosh formats). Effectively converts any file to "plain text" -- a form which can be loaded successfuly into any word processor or even Notepad. Use to extract meaningful data from unreadable files.
